The Solar SystemMy main interests in astronomy are centred on the Solar System. Since before going to university I have been particularly interested in the planets and their satellites (and all other bodies that fall under the gravitational influence of the Sun, whose principal motions are defined by the Sun). For more on planetary motion, see Kepler's laws. All the pages in the Solar System section will be updated as time goes on. They will never be complete as there is so much that we have yet to learn about the Solar System. But I will do my best to make occasional additions on new topics and update pages as our knowledge of the Solar System expands.
